Is PIXCHA really free?

The image-to-pixel-art editor and sword generator are free to use. Community support helps fund future tools and infrastructure.

Do I need to donate to generate pixel art?

No. Donations are optional; they are never required to use the available generators.

Can I use generated assets in commercial games?

Check the license for each source asset. PIXCHA cannot promise commercial rights for every asset or third-party source.

Are generated assets guaranteed to be unique?

No. Seeds and settings create variations, but PIXCHA cannot guarantee that an asset is visually unique.

How are donations used?

Contributions support continued development and the infrastructure needed to keep PIXCHA available.

What happens after a funding goal is reached?

Milestones fund development; they do not automatically release features. Each tool is listed as available only after it is built and tested.
