Pixel Art, Made Easy.
PIXCHA POLICIES
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how PIXCHA handles information when you use its pixel-art creation service. PIXCHA uses service providers to operate authentication, subscription access, usage controls, and the website.
2. Information we handle
Depending on how you use PIXCHA, information may include:
- Account information such as your email address and authentication identifiers.
- Subscription and entitlement information, such as an account or app-user identifier, product access status, and purchase-related status supplied by subscription services.
- Usage-control information, including a device installation token, processing request identifiers, and daily usage counts.
- Technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as network and browser request data handled by hosting infrastructure.
- Settings and saved palettes stored by the app on your device or in browser storage.
3. Uploaded images and content
The current editor processes the image you choose locally in your browser. The image and resulting artwork are not uploaded to PIXCHA’s Supabase database or storage by the image-processing flow. PIXCHA’s usage and authorization requests send identifiers and feature or quota information, not the selected image. Your device or browser may retain local files, exports, and saved settings.
4. How we use information
- To provide sign-in, account access, usage controls, and PIXCHA Pro features.
- To check subscription entitlements and respond to support or service issues.
- To operate, maintain, protect, and improve PIXCHA and prevent abuse.
- To meet legal obligations and address security or service integrity concerns.
5. Service providers
We share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate PIXCHA, provide authentication and usage controls, manage subscription access, deliver the website, and protect the service. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Supabase
PIXCHA uses Supabase for authentication and backend functions that support device registration, usage checks, and feature authorization. Supabase may process account identifiers, email addresses, device tokens, and usage or request information needed for those functions. The app’s image-processing flow does not upload selected images to Supabase storage.
7. Paddle and RevenueCat
PIXCHA uses RevenueCat to check and manage subscription entitlements. Payments for eligible PIXCHA Pro transactions may be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. These providers may receive identifiers and transaction or subscription information needed to complete a purchase, support a transaction, and report subscription status. Consult the provider’s own privacy information for its processing details.
8. Email and authentication
PIXCHA uses email-link authentication through Supabase Auth. When you request a sign-in link, your email address is used to send that message through the email delivery service configured for PIXCHA authentication.
9. Cloudflare and technical data
The PIXCHA website is configured for Cloudflare Workers hosting. Cloudflare may process connection and request information as needed to deliver and protect the site. Hosting and infrastructure providers may maintain operational or security logs under their own systems and policies.
10. Cookies and local storage
PIXCHA stores certain account session, device-token, and app-setting information using browser storage through the app’s storage libraries. Subscription or hosting integrations may use essential browser storage as part of their operation. You can manage or clear browser storage in your browser, but doing so may sign you out or reset locally saved settings.
11. Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, subject to operational needs and legal requirements. We do not state a fixed retention period here. PIXCHA and its providers use technical and organizational measures appropriate to operate the service, but no online system can be described as completely secure.
12. Your choices and account deletion
You can clear locally stored PIXCHA settings through your browser or device controls. You may stop using the service and manage a subscription with the provider or purchase controls used for that transaction. To request access to or deletion of account information, use the support contact provided with your account or purchase communications. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, transaction, or legal purposes.
13. Children and international processing
PIXCHA is not designed for children who are not legally able to use the service under applicable law. If you believe a child has provided account information, contact PIXCHA through the support contact provided with your account or purchase communications.
PIXCHA and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. The applicable safeguards depend on the provider and the circumstances of processing.
14. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as PIXCHA changes. The date above identifies the current version. For questions about privacy or account information, use the support contact provided with your account or purchase communications.
